Online Registration Instructions

On the registration page there is a short description of the programs offered

Click on the appropriate program for your child. If you have more than one child to register, you will be able to register them later in the process.
There will be a statement to parents and/or guardians, as well as the age restrictions for the program. Click "continue"
You will then be asked to sign in with your email and password.
- Enter your password and continue
- If you DO NOT remember your password, or have never gotten one, just enter your email address and the system will immediately send you an email with your password..
Once you receive your password enter it on the sign in page and click "submit
Input required information.
Add or review the player information and click "submit".
Continue to fill out the forms and be sure you read all the agreements.
On the "registration review" page, you have a chance to review and change any information.
If you have another child to register, click on "register another individual.
You will receive an email confirmation of your registration.
REGISTRATION IN THE PROGRAM IS COMPLETE UPON RECEIPT OF FULL PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION OF YOUR VALID US LACROSSE REGISTRATION NUMBER EXPIRING IN 2010...IF YOUR REGISTRATION WITH US LACROSSE EXPIRES IN JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH OR APRIL OF 2009 YOU MUST RENEW NOW.
