New Milford Youth Lacrosse was formed to provide instruction and play for boys and girls in grades 2nd through 8th in the New Milford area. Our goal is to promote lacrosse in a fun and enthusiastic environment for boys and girls. To achieve this goal, NMYL focuses on teaching good basic fundamentals, developing players through game skills and promoting good sportsmanship, respecting all participants and focusing on teamwork and cooperating with the High School lacrosse programs.

Our goal is not to promote indviduals, but to promote skill development, sportsmanship, team play and love of the sport.
Create and maintain grade-level programs focused on teaching fundamental skills and providing challenging competition appropriate for the player's skill and athletic level, while maintaining focus on team concept and individual leadership developement.
Creating a challenging, engaging, learning environement where children on differieng levels of skill and physical development can learn and enjoy the game of lacrosse.
Providing equal attention and support to all participants.
