As the winter months approach and the chill sets in, youth lacrosse players have a fantastic opportunity to continue honing their skills and deepening their love for the game through winter clinics at the Connecticut Sports Arena (CSA). These clinics are specially designed to provide young athletes with the training, guidance, and competitive edge they need to excel in lacrosse, even during the off-season, in preparation for Spring 2026!

Clinics are usually divided into different age groups and skill levels to ensure that each participant receives appropriate training and attention. Beginners focus on mastering the basics, while more advanced players work on refining their techniques and understanding complex game strategies.

Please select the Division applicable to your athlete(s). If your child does not have the required lacrosse equipment, please contact NMYL directly. We will have girls goggles and sticks as well as boys sticks available to borrow.

Girls: stick, goggles, mouth guard.

Boys: stick, helmet, shoulder pads/chest protector, elbow pads, gloves, mouth guard.

9 Sessions; Every Sunday beginning January 4th and ending March 8th (Excluding February 8th). All sessions will be between the hours of 1:00p and 4:00p. Exact times for each group TBD.
